Holiday House Warming

Tis the season to go skiing all day and have holiday parties all night. Went up to Crystal again today and skied with Nicole and Adam. The day started out as a blizzard and ended up with clear skies. It had snowed about 4-5 inches and was dust on crust. Also saw Mark up there as he lost one of his brand new skis last week. He was out on snowshoes on a retrieval mission. Sure enough, the kid found his ski.

Then back to Seattle to clean up and back out to Jordan and Ellie Peterson's for a part X-mas and part house warming party. Jordan works for Boeing and just bought a nice new house overlooking Boeing Field and Lake Washington in South Renton. Nice work Jordan.

The theme of the night was old school Christmas sweaters, ties, and apparel. Guys and gals came in serious heavy wool Christmas sweaters that turned out too warm to keep on for the entire evening. Good food, wine and company. Although they excluded themselves from the "best dressed" competition, I think Jordan and Ellie won. Above is a posting of Ellie's socks, with each toe a different X-mas character. Both of them were also rocking good sweaters and Jordan went so far as sporting a half turtleneck. Check them out on the thumbnails below. There's also Mark and his wife Arlene, and Lawson in the cool plaid blazer.
